Phishermen are Still Phishing
The scams will never stop!
The latest one I received is quite clever - and under the right circumstances, could be seriously misleading.
Turns out it's not really new, it cropped up in early 2006, as near as I can determine, but this is the first time I've received such an email.
Here is a copy of the info in the email (I have removed all the links for the safety of everyone!):

Needless to say, the fun starts when you attempt to "Dispute Transaction."
There is no Bill Chang, there is no "Brand New" (as opposed to Old Used) Nokia phone. There is no charge to your Paypal account - that is, unless you try to dispute the charge.
This is a phishing scam, and the perpetrators are attempting to get your credit card, bank, or other financial information.
What's pernicious and clever about this one is that they will, of course, hit on many people who have Paypal accounts, and who will legitimately be concerned that someone has used their account. It happens.
In my case, the email address to which this phishing attempt was sent is not the email address I use for my Paypal account. I admit, it gave me a moment of concern, immediately replaced by annoyance.
Just thought you should know that this one is making the rounds again. Be alert!
